Now recruiting for our client who is based in Heanor for an Administrator/Customer Service Advisor. We are looking for a dynamic, open-minded individual to join a growing team. The objective of the role is to ensure timely and efficient contact with the customers, resulting in the optimisation of customer satisfaction and their retention 

Duties - 
- Record all information on the customer database and advise departments of customer requirements 
- Access daily diaries to book in jobs 
- Liaise with management, production, etc to achieve timely job completion 
- Communicate with customers to inform them of completed jobs 
- Advise management of any issues raised 
- Support team members 

What we require from you - 
- Previous customer service/administration experience 
- Working knowledge of GDPR legislation (this is essential; you will be required to provide proof of GDPR training) 
- Excellent communication and organisation skills 

What's in it for you - 
- Permanent role (on a 12 week temp to perm basis) 
- Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch, 2 15 minute tea breaks 
- Pay - starting at £10 an hour with an increase to £12 after one month (subject to suitability)
